In 1999, Lou Haubner brought a group of avid outdoorsmen together and held the first banquet in Apopka, Florida. At this year’s Annual Convention, our chapter was the first in NWTF history to be recognized for raising over $2.5 MILLION for conservation.  We’ve come a long way!

why we do it

Come Join the flock!

Volunteering with our chapter is fun and rewarding and we’re always looking for active committee members to help put on the banquet!  We can always use help in several areas, like:

  • Setup the day before the event
  • Running the games and raffles the day of the event
  • Bringing in new sponsors, donations, and attendees to the banquet
  • Other events throughout the year
